Great plugin and support. I can just recommend this plugin!

Seems like it could/should be a decent package, it took me a while to configure to something I was looking for, however bugs started to form soon after, when contacting customer support here is how the email response finished: “I’m not here to force you to use our plugin instead of another one. If you find a plugin with the feature you need which works with your current setup, it’s probably best to use that other plugin instead.” Maybe this is a normal response, however in general with plug-ins I find the support is a key component for me regarding the cost, especially with a lifetime licence specifically quoting ‘lifetime update and support’

Great plugin and excellent support

Not only is this plugin great and has fantastic possibilities for building customer loyalty, but the customer service is impeccable. Very responsive (even on a Sunday!), attentive and very efficient. I highly recommend this great plugin!

This is the most feature rich and thought after plugin for customer loyalty that I know and I spent a lot of time researching which plugin to use for our shop. But what makes the plugin even much better is the outstanding support that is behind. Via Email, via live chat the developer(s) go above and beyond at any time, even on weekends to help out if there should be any questions or needs. I would give 10 stars out of 5 if possible

Fast reply and they’re going to add a feature because I could not do what I needed. It does not get better than that.
