Então, subi o tema para o servidor e o permalink funcionou, maas agora estou tendo um problema com o upload de plugins e imagens:

Dei uma pesquisada mas não achei solução, vi algo falando sobre safe_mode, outros falando para manipular as tabelas no Banco. Alguem pode me ajudar?
