RSS – não sei como fazer

Olá amigos,

Tenho um site no ar que não foi criado com a intenção de ter inscrição RSS… Os motivos não compreendo até o momento.

Hoje, tenho um botão em forma de icone de RSS, a idéia é que ele leve o visitante para a página onde possa copiar o link para ter o registro do RSS.

Só tem um problema, não sei que arquivo crio, como faço ou qualquer forma de ter RSS ativo, pois se tento inscrever no FEEDBURNER o seguinte erro me é apresentado como resposta a inscrição…

Eu não sei criar ou chamar rss como possivelmente é o que está sendo pedido, ou seja PHP xml e sei lá mais o que, já pesquisei, perguntei e ninguem me responde, somente enviam o link do feedburner.
