Restaurar de um Backup

Oi, eu tentei achar um problema similar ao meu aki, mas nao encontrei nenhum.
Vou resumir muito a historia pra isso não ficar muito longo. Eu cometi um erro, e tenho que restaurar meu blog. Eu tenho o backup e peguei todos os arquivos possiveis do site pelo ftp antes de cometer o erro. O plugin usado para fazer o backup foi o http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup
Com ele eu baixei um arquivo zip, que ao ser extraido me deu uma pasta com varios arquivos. Quando eu tento restaurar pelo PHPMyAdmin no 000webhost, ele pede para eu escolher um arquivo (que nao pode ser o zip). Eu tentei o que acabava com .php, pois era a unica extensao que eu conhecia. ele me da uma mensagem de erro gigante, mas acho que quase tudo era o que estava escrito no arquivo, então vou por o começo e o fim aqui abaixo:
