Replace email by sending messages in FB Messenger

Folks,
I’m trying to figure out how to change all the emails I send to send messages through Fb Messenger.

For example, the client made the request and it receives confirmation by FB Messenger … Changed status, or included a note – sending by Fb messenger …

Has anyone seen this work?
