Plugin Correios não calcula fretes, preciso de ajuda!

Olá, alguém pode me ajudar? Até hoje de tarde estava tudo funcionando, mas agora a noite uma cliente me mandou uma mensagem falando que não aparece meios de frete pra ela, mas a mensagem: “Não existe nenhum método de entrega disponível. Por favor, certifique-se de que o seu endereço esta correto ou entre em contato conosco caso você precise de ajuda.”
