pagina de contatos

Amigos,
Tinha algumas informações na minha pagina de contatos e resolvi apagar, porem depois que apaguei essa informações a parte de baixo da pagina saiu do lugar…onde eu faço ela voltar pro lugar?
Outra coisa, abaixo segue tudo que tem na template.contact.form.php, alguem sabe onde eu configuro meu mail pra receber as mensagens desse formulario?
