Não consigo acessar mais o painel após atualização

    Boa noite,

    Estava usando a versão 3.4.2
    quando resolvi atualizar para a 3.5.1, quando de repente bagunçou o site inteiro e não consigo mais acessar o painel para arrumar a “caca”.

    Ele apresenta as seguintes mensagens de erro:

    E não faz o login, já tentei restaurar o arquivo <pluggable.php> para o padrão que vem com o wordpress e só aumentou as mensagens de erro rss

    alguém pode me ajudar ? sou novato em wordpress… e senti falta de backups no painel se alguém também tiver uma solução assim.

    Quais plugins estavam instalados? Você estava usando a versão Multisites? Mais informações, por favor.

    Pela pesquisa que fiz, suponho que você tenha instalado o plugin Theme My Login.
    Achei uma solução, veja se ela funciona pra você.

    É sempre importante fazer uma pesquisa básica no Google pelo erro apresentado.

    Desculpa a demora responder, estava pesquisando mais porém o link que o Eduardo me enviou não resolveu meu problema completamente,

    Rogerio, você fez a atualização automática? Se sim, tente fazer o download do arquivo do 3.5.1 e substituir os arquivos.
