Liberar Comentários em Páginas

Olá,

Já marquei todas as opções no wordpress para liberar comentários em cada página, porém os comentários não foram liberados ainda, deve ser algo no código que eu ainda não descobri. Abaixo segue o código da página COMMENTS.PHP
