Error in Elementor media library

Hello!
Friends I am experiencing a problem, I am developing a website for a store that I am opening but a problem is happening in my elementor media library.
The error is the following, I can upload the files on my server but when I need to insert this file on my page, the element does not show my library.
The library doesn’t show any files and just loads.
Can you help me?
