Error Activating 2FA Wordfence plugin

Ao tentar ativar a autenticação em dois fatores, o plugin retorna o seguinte erro:

The code provided does not match the expected value. Please verify that the time on your authenticator device is correct and that this server’s time is correct.

Já atualizei o plugin mas o erro ainda persiste.

Alguém já passou por isso e conseguiu resolver o problema?
