Erro ao atualizar plugins

    Olá,

    hoje fui ao meu site e atualizei dois plugins, segue o nome dos plugins: Captcha e o iThemes Security. E começou a dar o seguinte erro:

    Acredito que o seu plugin não possa ser atualizado diretamente pelo painel, pro se tratar de um plugin pago hospedado fora do repositório oficial, o que o mesmo tenha algum problema no código. Tente atualizá-lo manualmente.
