DsgnWrks Instagram Importer – Problem with hashtag filter

I’m having trouble importing shots using the hashtag filter. Imports work fine if I don’t use the hashtag filter, but when I enter a tag to filter the imports, I get the “No new Instagram shots to import” message.

I’ve double checked the instagram tag matches the filter tag, double checked the date tag includes the shots I’m trying to import, tried including and excluding the “#” in filter tag, tried adding a comma after the filter tag (I’m only trying to filter by one tag), and deleted and re-adding the instagram user account. What else could I be doing wrong?
