Categoria não funciona

Antes de qualquer coisa, obrigada por entrar em meu tópico para me ajduar, rsrs.
Bom, o meu problema é o seguinte, eu baixei um theme e faço minhas postagens e coloco todas em suas categorias devidas, porem quando acessada qualquer categoria ele exibe erro.
Que no meu caso é:

Eu não entendo esse PHP do WordPress, sei um pouco de html e css e só…

Mas eu acredito que o problema possa ser no código category.php ou functions.php (UUUUUUUAL QUE GENIAL DEDUÇÃO) é eu sei sou master kkkk
Eu estou gerando o WordPress em meu computador com o Xampp, as vezes alguma configuração errada também, quero saber a opinião de vocês, ter uma luz.. kkk
