Instalação
- Upload the ‘ysSanitizeOutput’ folder to the ‘/wp-content/plugins/’ directory
- Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
- Your plugin is installed and ready.
- When you look at the source of your blogs pages you will see all unnecessary letters are removed.

That is because plugin has not add any control interface to your panel. As it is only duty is removing unnecessary letters and reducing page size it has got no control interface.
