Within the admin side users can view the feedback and export to excel. Currently it is localised for use in the UK. Any feedback or suggestions are welcome. ### Options You can specify options in your short code: Amount of stars amount=”value” Maximum is 10 example. [feedback_form amount=”4″] Type of icon type=”value” Specify image or leave blank for icon example. [feedback_form type=”image”] Other icons icon=”value” If you don’t want to use a star. Available icons: star thumbs smile heart circle example. [feedback_form icon=”thumbs”] Color color=”value” color_on=”value” For icon only example. [feedback_form color=”black” coloron=”yellow”] or hex value [feedback_form color=”#000000″ coloron=”#ffff00″ ] Single colors colors=”value” Individual colors. Seperated each color by commas. These colours must match the same amount you set. example. Stars within admin screen does not know the setting in the shortcode therefore we can’t display e.g 3 / 5. Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation. 2. Then activate the Plugin from Plugins page. 3. Add the shortcode [feedback_form] to any page or text widget you would like the form to appear 4.
