Can I choose any post or page on my site?

Currently the add-on only looks for Pages (not Posts or other post types) that already have the [give_receipt] shortcode on them. But if many users need more flexibility, let us know kindly in the Support Forum.

I can’t find the Page I want to point my form to

The dropdown in the form settings is populated ONLY with Pages that already have the [give_receipt] shortcode in them. So go add that to your page, and come back to the Form, refresh the page, and try again.

My page has the `[give_receipt]` shortcode but it STILL does not show up in the select list. What do I do?

Most likely you have A LOT of pages with the shortcode it in, but you’re only seeing the first 30 in the dropdown. Never fear, just use the search bar within the dropdown to search for your page.

If that doesn’t work, then it might be that your Pages search result is cached. For performance reasons, the query that grabs all the Pages with the shortcode in them is cached via a “transient”. To get the latest results you need to delete that transient. The easiest way to do that is to install the free “Transients Manager” by Pippin Williamson. Then navigate to “Tools > Transients”, and in the search bar search for: “pfconfs_pages_w_shortcode”. Once you find that transient, delete it. Then head back to your form and all your most current pages with the shortcode should be listed correctly.
