Here we are in 2020 and this plugin has not been updates for several years.
I bought it to use with the EDD plugin through which I provide free downloads to visitors - almost 50,000 downloads in the last 18 months.
Unfortunately the description makes no mention of which parts of the EDD plugin it supposedly works with and the parts with which it doesn't. In good faith I paid for this extension but could not get it work. I emailed support immediately, twice gave access to the backend via email, but after two weeks it still did not work and with no help and no solution in sight I requested a refund.
It's been a shock to have my refund request rejected out of hand.
My advice is to stay away from this plugin and Cmind whose "100% guarantee" now seems worthless.
This is another example of the perils of not being able to test before you pay. Buyer beware
For me, this fiasco means that no integration between EDD and Mailerlite - so my entire subscriber list will have to be moved to another service and all the funnels and autoresponders rebuilt.
Why does it take so long for so many businesses learn that when things don't work as expected, and attempts have been made, the best policy is to give an immediate refund? We are know that sometimes the technology doesn't work. No problem. But taking and keeping someone else's money definitely is.
