The Dashicons + Custom Post Types plugin allows you to keep the WordPress admin menu as clean as possible. When your building new custom post types for your clients your default icon in the admin menu is the pin. This is no fun. With my plugin you can easily and quickly change all the custom post type icons to match the rest of the icons in the menu.

Agree to the previous reviews. Awesomeliy simple, install, choose icons, you're done - you don't even have click a save button because it's all AJAX I guess.

I installed a custom post type plugin ('Easy Content Types' from Pippin's Plugins), which prompted for an icon or SVG file upload for the CPT admin menu. Since WP 3.8+ comes bundled with 'dashicons' (vector graphic icons), I wanted to use those instead. Pippin couldn't provide an alternative to a file upload, so I used this PI. Worked right out of of the box. Huzzah! Frustration averted. World Saved! 😉
